High-temperature high-barrier EVOH easy-tear film can be used in autoclave at 121ºC for 30 minutes, keeping the original packaging shape and transparency. Eleven-layer coextruded cast high-barrier film has high-temperature resistance, high tensile strength, and good anti-perforation, and is safe and green, can greatly extend the shelf life of high-temperature meat products, and maintain the original nutrient and flavor of food.
Eleven-layer coextruded cast process has a small thickness tolerance, which is applied to produce stretching film or vacuum packaging bags made of CPP, PET, PA and aluminum foil materials.
The film has high transparency, high tensile strength and ductility, strong anti-puncture performance, and is easy to stretch, easy to form, safe and green, which can prolong the shelf life of high-temperature meat products to great extent.
